OKM Gepard GPR 3D Price Only $ 21720.00

OKM Gepard GPR 3D is a highly flexible and powerful ground-penetrating radar for detecting underground objects such as pipelines, cavities, cables, ducts, tunnels, bunkers, and foundations. This ground-penetrating radar uses an unshielded multi-directional transmission system to reach depths of up to 40 meters (131 feet). The agile and compact unit can be easily operated by a single user via an Android tablet. The radar sends a signal into the ground and waits for the reflection or echo to detect subsurface anomalies.

Enhancing Ground Surveys

OKM Gepard GPR 3D uses a multi-frequency transmission range from 60 MHz to 300 MHz, achieved by adjustable telescopic antennas. It also supports various automatic adjustments to enhance ground surveys on specific soil types, making it extremely easy to handle the Gepard ground radar. Just set the depth accuracy and start scanning.

Analyzing Measurement Data with the Android App

Measured data from the ground-penetrating radar is instantly transferred to the Android tablet. The Android software receives the data via WiFi and displays it directly on the screen. The software offers the option to integrate GPS signals or Google Maps, filter automatically, and input notes to compile specific survey details later. Additionally, the auto-filter option improves scan results and helps find hidden objects and structures more easily. With the integrated GPS system, all survey locations can be stored along with the scan data.

Analyzing GPR Scan in Visualizer 3D Studio

The new views in OKM’s Visualizer 3D Studio software allow for the visualization of discovered structures for more detailed analyses. Once a GPR measurement is opened, the main toolbar includes an additional button. Here you can switch between 2D and 3D views. To enhance the scan image, you can select one of the newly added OKM GPR soil types (right sidebar) and configure the visualization (right sidebar), e.g., select homogenization. In the visualization menu (right sidebar), you can change the "threshold" to regulate the number of hidden/visible scan values and the corresponding colors for the volumetric view. This helps you focus on the most significant targets in the scan image.
